I started Kaushay & Co. Events because I want you to have that kind of experience. I know that every wedding is more than “just” a wedding. It’s an incredibly important milestone in your life where you get to celebrate the joy and love that you have found. I want to make sure you experience this on your wedding day.
So, how does our team do that? At Kaushay & Co. Events, we specialize in creating wedding days that celebrate vibrant love; love that is meaningful, genuine, deep and that draws attention in all the best ways. We take the time to get to know you and your partner and find ways to bring out your personalities in as many areas as possible through design and experiences. We might not be best friends after your wedding, but we get pretty close! Because we care about you, we don’t want you to have another Pinterest pretty wedding; we want your wedding to be uniquely yours.

Kaushay – Principal Planner & Designer
Kaushay (pronounced kuh-SHAY) has been in the wedding and events industry for 8 years and her work has been featured in Utah Valley Bride, Utah Bride and Groom, Rocky Mountain Bride, and other regional publications. She has planned everything from small, intimate weddings to luxury destination weddings and everything in between.
Kaushay is a bubbly and organized planner who perfectly pairs fun and functionality in all of the weddings she plans. She is an industry leader and currently serves as the Vice President of Utah’s Wedding International Professionals Association chapter. In her free time, she enjoys singing, dancing, acting, traveling, and indulging in the best food Utah has to offer!
A Love Note from Kaushay:
I know planning a wedding can feel a bit overwhelming or stressful at first. You may be trying to balance your dreams, your family’s expectations, create a color palette, and figure out how to make your budget work on top of your already busy lifestyle. I get it. I’ve personally been there and I’ve helped so many couples move beyond those challenges and plan beautiful, meaningful, stress-free weddings. My favorite part of planning is watching the stress melt off a couple’s face when we talk for the first time! I hope to share that experience with you too!
Alisa – Lead Planner
Alisa (pronounced uh-LEE-sa) got her start in the wedding industry as a wedding photographer and uses that skillset to expertly craft timelines that work for your entire vendor team and create a seamless, natural experience for your guests. As a planner, Alisa excels at vendor communication and helping your family feel comfortable on your wedding day. She’s the person you’ll be friends with long after your wedding day! In her free time, Alisa is an artist with an impeccable eye for design and detail.
As a photographer, artist, and graphic designer, her motto is “No detail too small!” She uses her experience and skill set in these areas to bring the small details of your big day to life. If it is meaningful, sentimental, or memorable to you, then you can bet it is all of those things to Alisa too! Her biggest goal is to help you create a wedding day that is not only spectacular and memorable, but 100% you—down to the smallest detail!
Alyanna – Lead Planner
Alyanna (pronounced ah-lee-ah-nuh) has been with Kaushay & Co. Events for 3 seasons. She is very organized and has an incredibly collaborative spirit. After years of studying and working in different fields that weren’t quite right for her, she knew there must be something else out there that checked all of her boxes. She was always the planner in her friend group and the one that loved throwing parties, but never thought she could make a career out of those hobbies. Turns out, she could, and she has proven to be an incredible asset to our team.
As a planner, Alyanna excels at vendor communication and helping your family feel comfortable on your wedding day. In her free time, Alyanna is an avid traveler, dancer, concert-goer, and foodie!
Alyanna believes a wedding is all about the love you share with your partner, no matter how you decide to celebrate it; she considers it an honor and a privilege to be able to witness that as a wedding planner.
