On the day of your wedding, we will cover all the bases to ensure you have the easiest, most amazing day of your life. We will communicate with all of your vendors, tackle setup and breakdown, and keep things running smoothly. All you need to do is show up and make memories that last.
From the moment you sign the contract until your wedding day, we will be working with you to plan the event of your dreams. We will source the best vendors, communicate thoroughly, and celebrate with you.
After our call, we’ll send you a proposal with everything we discussed on the call and information on how to move forward. Next, you’ll receive our contract. Once you’ve signed the contract and paid the deposit, you are part of the Kaushay & Co. Event family and we can start planning your wedding!

Absolutely! Many of our couples travel from out of state to get married in Utah. The bulk of our planning process takes place online. This allows us to work with clients from anywhere and still have a seamless planning experience.
We are based in Lehi, Utah, and plan weddings in Salt Lake City, Park City, and Utah County. We also travel all over the U.S. We’ve planned weddings in Illinois, Iowa, North Carolina, and South Carolina. If you’ve got a destination in mind, we’re happy to pack our bags and join you!
